Property Amenities:

 

There is 24 hour emergency maintenance available.  There are picnic areas and barbeque grills.  There is a swimming pool and volleyball court.  There is a basketball court and sports court.  There is reserved and covered parking.  There is school bus pickup and park and ride is nearby.  There are laundry rooms.

 

Unit Amenities:

 

Units have mini blinds for window treatments.  The kitchens have a place to eat, pantries, frost free refrigerators, dishwashers, and disposals.  Select units have wood burning fireplaces, walk in closets, and patios or balconies.  The units are pre-wired for high speed internet, cable television, and telephone service.

 

Policies:

 

The office hours are Monday through Friday 8 to 5, Saturday 10 to 2 and closed on Sunday.  Lease terms available are 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, and 24 months.

 

Fees for renting include an application fee of $35 to $45.  There is a deposit requirement of from $175 to $325.  You need to make three times the rent or have a co-signer that meets this qualification.

 

Covered reserved parking is available.

 

Pets are allowed with a $400 deposit per pet.  $200 of the deposit is not refundable.  There is no per month pet rent and you are limited to one pet with a 25 pound per pet weight limit.

 

The apartment does check your credit; accept co-signers and first time renters.

 

Pest control fees are paid by the property.  There is a charge to the tenants for trash, water, and sewer services.

From I-10, exit Wurzbach. Head east and turn right on Fredericksburg Ave.  Turn left on Cinnamon Creek Dr. and then look for our Leasing Office on the right at 9109 Dartbrook.

If CINNAMON CREEK is not the apartment for you, then please consider telling me more about what you want and need. My name is Don Reser and I have been involved with real estate since 1984.  I consider myself the very best locator in San Antonio and I CAN HELP YOU, but I need you to HELP ME. Unless you are willing to allow me to help you by giving me the time to show you personally at least three apartments, it is really going to be hard.  You are welcome to look around on your own, but generally it is inefficient and you will become tired and confused.  (There are 700 commercial properties in San Antonio.)  I will send you an email list of properties with directions to help you look on your own, and you are welcome to use my help this way.  We have two databases to look at properties.

 

My experience is that it takes about 4 hours of viewing with an experienced locator at a minimum to find the right place.  If you invest 8 hours with me, I will be able to show you at least two places you would want to rent at for your price.  Okay so spend all the time you want on your own and then when you really want to get the job done, call me.
