Why Crestwood Apartments?
All bills are paid by the Crestwood Apartments, except telephone, internet, and cable. There are one and two bedroom floor plans. It was built in 1964 and renovated in 1998. There are 152 units.
Children attend Royalgate Elementary, Shepard Middle School and South San West Campus High School of the South San Antonio Independent School District.

Property Amenities:
There is 24 hour emergency maintenance. There are clothes care centers. There is school bus pickup and a park and ride is nearby. There is a swimming pool and a clubhouse. There is covered parking.
Unit Amenities:
The kitchens have a place to eat in and a pantry. There are balconies or patios. There are walk in closets, outside storage, and built in bookshelves. There are ceiling fans and mini blinds for window treatments. The units are pre-wired for cable television, telephone and high speed internet service.
Policies:
The office hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 to 5, and closed on Saturday and Sunday. Lease terms available are 3, 6, and 12 months.
Fees for renting include an application fee of $35. There is a deposit requirement of $150 to $200. You need to make three times the rent or have a co-signer that meets this qualification.
There is covered parking.
Pets are not allowed.
The apartment does check your credit; accept co-signers and first time renters. Electricity, natural gas, trash, cable, pest control, water and sewer are paid for by the property. Cable, internet and telephone, if desired, are paid by the tenant.

If CRESTWOOD is not the apartment for you, then please consider telling me more about what you want and need. My name is Don Reser and I have been involved with real estate since 1984. I consider myself the very best locator in San Antonio and I CAN HELP YOU, but I need you to HELP ME. Unless you are willing to allow me to help you by giving me the time to show you personally at least three apartments, it is really going to be hard. You are welcome to look around on your own, but generally it is inefficient and you will become tired and confused. (There are 700 commercial properties in San Antonio.) I will send you an email list of properties with directions to help you look on your own, and you are welcome to use my help this way. We have two databases to look at properties.
My experience is that it takes about 4 hours of viewing with an experienced locator at a minimum to find the right place. If you invest 8 hours with me, I will be able to show you at least two places you would want to rent at for your price. Okay so spend all the time you want on your own and then when you really want to get the job done, call me.
Because of the internet I know that many of you are moving from out of town and are very anxious about finding a place to live. I can assure you we can get it done in one day. We need to make an appointment for the day you are in town. If you have to know ahead of time, you will need to fly in and I will assist you in evaluating all your leasing options in one day.
Finding a new apartment ranks up there with going to the dentist for no fun, but I can contribute my extensive knowledge of the city and the experiences of the other customers to help you.
