Property Amenities:
There is 24 hour emergency maintenance. There is a swimming pool. There is school bus pickup. Park and ride is nearby. There is covered parking available. There are clothes care centers. There is a clubhouse.
Unit Amenities:
Units have ceiling fans and mini-blinds for window treatments. The kitchens have disposals, dishwashers, pantries, and frost free refrigerators. There are balconies or patios and walk in closets. The units are pre-wired for cable television, telephone and high speed internet service.
Policies:
The office hours are Tuesday through Friday 9:00 to 5:00, and Monday, Saturday, and Sunday closed. Lease terms available are 6 months.
Fees for renting include an application fee of $25. There is a refundable deposit requirement of $150 to $200. You need to make two and one half times the rent or have a co-signer that meets this qualification.
Pets are not allowed.
The apartment does check your credit; accept co-signers and first time renters.
This is an “All Bills Paid” type property where electricity, natural gas, trash, water, sewer and pest control are paid for by the property. Cable, telephone, and internet, if desired, are at the expensive of the tenant.

From Loop 410, Exit Fredericksburg Road, go south on Fredericksburg Road. Take a right on DeChantle Road. The property is on your right.

If EXECUTIVE is not the apartment for you, then please consider telling me more about what you want and need. My name is Don Reser and I have been involved with real estate since 1984. I consider myself the very best locator in San Antonio and I CAN HELP YOU, but I need you to HELP ME. Unless you are willing to allow me to help you by giving me the time to show you personally at least three apartments, it is really going to be hard. You are welcome to look around on your own, but generally it is inefficient and you will become tired and confused. (There are 700 commercial properties in San Antonio.) I will send you an email list of properties with directions to help you look on your own, and you are welcome to use my help this way. We have two databases to look at properties.
My experience is that it takes about 4 hours of viewing with an experienced locator at a minimum to find the right place. If you invest 8 hours with me, I will be able to show you at least two places you would want to rent at for your price. Okay so spend all the time you want on your own and then when you really want to get the job done, call me.
Because of the internet I know that many of you are moving from out of town and are very anxious about finding a place to live. I can assure you we can get it done in one day. We need to make an appointment for the day you are in town. If you have to know ahead of time, you will need to fly in and I will assist you in evaluating all your leasing options in one day.
Finding a new apartment ranks up there with going to the dentist for no fun, but I can contribute my extensive knowledge of the city and the experiences of the other customers to help you.
