Property Amenities:
The property has 24 hour emergency maintenance. There is a swimming pool. There is school bus pickup and park and ride is nearby. There is a perimeter fence and access gates. Some units are handicap modified. There are laundry rooms.
Unit Amenities:
Units have ceiling fans and min blinds for window treatments. The kitchens have pantries, a place to eat, frost free refrigerators, dishwashers, and disposals. Select units have vaulted ceilings, outside storage, walk in closets, ceramic tile, wood burning fire places, and patios or balconies.
Policies:
The office hours are Monday through Friday 9 to 6, Saturday 10 to 4 and closed Sunday. Lease terms available are 9 and 13 months.
Fees for renting include an application fee of $35 to $45. There is a deposit requirement of from $100 to $300. You need to make three times the rent or have a co-signer that meets this qualification.
Pets are allowed with a $300 deposit per pet. $150 of the deposit is not refundable. There is no per month pet rent and you are limited to two pets with a 35 pound per pet weight limit. Certain breeds are restricted.
The apartment does check your credit; accept co-signers and first time renters.
Trash and pest control fees are paid by the property.

From IH-10 West, exit Medical Drive and turn left. Turn left of Fairhaven. We are on the right.

If FOUNTAINS OF SAN ANTONIO is not the apartment for you, then please consider telling me more about what you want and need. My name is Don Reser and I have been involved with real estate since 1984. I consider myself the very best locator in San Antonio and I CAN HELP YOU, but I need you to HELP ME. Unless you are willing to allow me to help you by giving me the time to show you personally at least three apartments, it is really going to be hard. You are welcome to look around on your own, but generally it is inefficient and you will become tired and confused. (There are 700 commercial properties in San Antonio.) I will send you an email list of properties with directions to help you look on your own, and you are welcome to use my help this way. We have two databases to look at properties.
My experience is that it takes about 4 hours of viewing with an experienced locator at a minimum to find the right place. If you invest 8 hours with me, I will be able to show you at least two places you would want to rent at for your price. Okay so spend all the time you want on your own and then when you really want to get the job done, call me.
Because of the internet I know that many of you are moving from out of town and are very anxious about finding a place to live. I can assure you we can get it done in one day. We need to make an appointment for the day you are in town. If you have to know ahead of time, you will need to fly in and I will assist you in evaluating all your leasing options in one day.
Finding a new apartment ranks up there with going to the dentist for no fun, but I can contribute my extensive knowledge of the city and the experiences of the other customers to help you.
