Why Lodge on Perrin Creek?

 

Lodge on Perrin Creek was built in 1984.  The property has 309 apartment units.

 

Students presently attend Walzem Elementary, Krueger Middle School and Roosevelt High School of the Northeast Independent School District.

Please tell the on site leasing agent that you fund the apartment through Don Reser or Dons Apartments.  You are entitled to choose your representative.  We also need to be listed on your lease application, when you decide on your new home.  The standard lease application in use in the San Antonio market (after many information questions) asks how you found out about their apartment property.  Specifically the form block is entitled “Why You Rented Here.”  You only have to write Don Reser in the first two blanks on the application.  You do not need or have to answer any other questions in that block of the application.  Your answer will not effect the results of your application or the cost of renting in any way.  If you are having trouble with the application or any other aspect of the leasing process, just call or email me for help (210 473-0999 or don@donsapartments.com).

Property Amenities:

 

There is 24 hour emergency maintenance available.  There is a swimming pool and volleyball court.  There are access gates and a perimeter fence.  There is school bus pickup and park and ride is nearby.  There are laundry rooms.

 

Unit Amenities:

 

Units have ceilings fans and mini blinds for window treatments.  The kitchens have pantries, frost free refrigerators, dishwashers, and disposals.  Select units have vaulted ceilings, wood burning fireplaces, outside storage, built in bookshelves, ceramic tile, walk in closets, and patios or balconies.  The units are pre-wired for high speed internet, cable television, and telephone service.

 

Policies:

 

The office hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 to 5:30, Saturday 10 to 5 and closed on Sunday.  Lease terms available are 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, and 14 months.

 

Fees for renting include an application fee of $35.  There is a deposit requirement of from $100 to $200.  You need to make two and one half times the rent or have a co-signer that meets this qualification.

 

Pets are allowed with a $300 deposit per pet.  $150 of the deposit is not refundable.  There is no per month pet rent and you are limited to one pet with a 35 pound per pet weight limit.

 

The apartment does check your credit; accept co-signers and first time renters.

 

Trash and pest control fees are paid by the property.  There is a charge to the tenants for water and sewer.

If LODGE ON PERRIN CREEK is not the apartment for you, then please consider telling me more about what you want and need. My name is Don Reser and I have been involved with real estate since 1984.  I consider myself the very best locator in San Antonio and I CAN HELP YOU, but I need you to HELP ME. Unless you are willing to allow me to help you by giving me the time to show you personally at least three apartments, it is really going to be hard.  You are welcome to look around on your own, but generally it is inefficient and you will become tired and confused.  (There are 700 commercial properties in San Antonio.)  I will send you an email list of properties with directions to help you look on your own, and you are welcome to use my help this way.  We have two databases to look at properties.

 

My experience is that it takes about 4 hours of viewing with an experienced locator at a minimum to find the right place.  If you invest 8 hours with me, I will be able to show you at least two places you would want to rent at for your price.  Okay so spend all the time you want on your own and then when you really want to get the job done, call me.
