Property Amenities:
The property has 24 hour emergency maintenance. There is a swimming pool with hot tub Jacuzzi. There is a fitness center and jogging trail. There is a volleyball court, basketball court, racquetball and tennis court. There is a business center. There is a barbeque grill and picnic area. The property has a perimeter fence and access gate. There is a playground and school bus pickup. Park and ride is nearby. There is reserved and covered parking. Some units are handicap modified. There are laundry rooms.
Unit Amenities:
Units have min blinds for window treatments. The kitchens have pantries, a place to eat, frost free refrigerators, dishwashers, and disposals. Select units have vaulted ceilings, outside storage, walk in closets, built in bookshelves, and patios or balconies. Units have intrusion alarms.
Policies:
The office hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 to 5:30, Saturday 10 to 5 and 1 to 5 Sunday. Lease terms available are 6, 9 and 12 months.
Fees for renting include an application fee of $30 to $40. There is a deposit requirement of from $150 to $200. You need to make three times the rent or have a co-signer that meets this qualification.
Covered parking is available for $20 per month.
Pets are allowed with a $400 deposit per pet. $200 of the deposit is not refundable. There is no per month pet rent and you are limited to two pets with a 25 pound per pet weight limit. Certain breeds are restricted.
The apartment does check your credit; accept co-signers and first time renters.
A guest suite or corporate apartment is available.
Gas, trash and pest control fees are paid by the property. There is a charge to the tenants for water and sewer.

From the 410 Loop, exit Bandera Road. Go inside the Loop 1-1/2 miles. The property is on the left.

If SUN PARK is not the apartment for you, then please consider telling me more about what you want and need. My name is Don Reser and I have been involved with real estate since 1984. I consider myself the very best locator in San Antonio and I CAN HELP YOU, but I need you to HELP ME. Unless you are willing to allow me to help you by giving me the time to show you personally at least three apartments, it is really going to be hard. You are welcome to look around on your own, but generally it is inefficient and you will become tired and confused. (There are 700 commercial properties in San Antonio.) I will send you an email list of properties with directions to help you look on your own, and you are welcome to use my help this way. We have two databases to look at properties.
My experience is that it takes about 4 hours of viewing with an experienced locator at a minimum to find the right place. If you invest 8 hours with me, I will be able to show you at least two places you would want to rent at for your price. Okay so spend all the time you want on your own and then when you really want to get the job done, call me.
Because of the internet I know that many of you are moving from out of town and are very anxious about finding a place to live. I can assure you we can get it done in one day. We need to make an appointment for the day you are in town. If you have to know ahead of time, you will need to fly in and I will assist you in evaluating all your leasing options in one day.
