Why Willows?

 

Willows was built in 1974 and renovated in 1980.  The property has 268 apartment units.

Property Amenities:

 

There is 24 hour emergency maintenance available.  There is a swimming pool and clubhouse.  There is a perimeter fence.  The property has picnic areas with barbeque grills.  There is school bus pickup.  There are laundry rooms.  There is covered parking.

 

Unit Amenities:

 

Units have ceilings fans and mini blinds for window treatments.  The kitchens have a place to eat, pantries, refrigerators, dishwashers, and disposals.  Select units have vaulted ceilings, wood burning fireplaces, outside storage, walk in closets, and patios or balconies.

 

Policies:

 

The office hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 to 5:30, Saturday 10 to 5 and 1 to 5 on Sunday.  Lease terms available are 10, 11, 12, 13, and 14 months.

 

Fees for renting include an application fee of $35.  There is a deposit requirement of from $150.  You need to make three times the rent or have a co-signer that meets this qualification.

 

There is covered parking.

 

Pets are allowed with a $300 deposit per pet.  $150 the deposit is not refundable.  There is no pet rent and you are limited to two pets with a 25 pound per pet weight limit.

 

The apartment does check your credit; accept co-signers and first time renters.

 

There is a senior discount.

 

Pest control fees are paid by the property.  There is a charge to the tenants for water and sewer.

 

Directions:

 

Exit Loop 410 west bound at Evers.  Make a right on Evers at the intersection of Evers and Wurzbach.  We are about 500 feet from the intersection on the right.

If WILLOWS is not the apartment for you, then please consider telling me more about what you want and need. My name is Don Reser and I have been involved with real estate since 1984.  I consider myself the very best locator in San Antonio and I CAN HELP YOU, but I need you to HELP ME. Unless you are willing to allow me to help you by giving me the time to show you personally at least three apartments, it is really going to be hard.  You are welcome to look around on your own, but generally it is inefficient and you will become tired and confused.  (There are 700 commercial properties in San Antonio.)  I will send you an email list of properties with directions to help you look on your own, and you are welcome to use my help this way.  We have two databases to look at properties.

 

My experience is that it takes about 4 hours of viewing with an experienced locator at a minimum to find the right place.  If you invest 8 hours with me, I will be able to show you at least two places you would want to rent at for your price.  Okay so spend all the time you want on your own and then when you really want to get the job done, call me.

 

Because of the internet I know that many of you are moving from out of town and are very anxious about finding a place to live.  I can assure you we can get it done in one day.  We need to make an appointment for the day you are in town.  If you have to know ahead of time, you will need to fly in and I will assist you in evaluating all your leasing options in one day.
